Lisa's passion for cooking sparked at a young age, and her education at the Culinary Hospitality Institute of Chicago, paired with her vast experience in a variety of food service roles, has made her a consummate professional in the field.

Lisa's passion for the focused tranquility of pastry making led her to serve as a pastry chef at renowned establishments like Spago, Green Dolphin Street, and Shaw's Crab House. However, it was the art of food styling that ultimately won her heart. This meticulous craft demands the same level of precision and attention to detail as pastry making, but with the added thrill of being able to sculpt with any ingredient in the kitchen - from arugula and onions to ketchup, goat cheese, cocktail shrimp, and bacon. With her deft touch and the help of magical glues, sprays, and industry tricks, Lisa's creations shine like no other.
